Melbourne Sears Leasing Sign

When Sears closed on January 6, 2019, the store available for leasing by SRS Properties. The property remained vacant for years despite being sold in 2020. In January 2024, renovations began on the site to create Madison Midtown, an apartment complex with a storage facility. The leasing sign fell during Hurricane Milton and was unwanted by the contractors and was given to us.
