Donated by a family in West Melbourne, Florida, the Sears SR3000 was a compact AM/FM radio designed for home and portable use in the mid-1980s. With its sleek black casing, analog tuner, and built-in speaker, it reflects the transitional era between wood-grain tabletop radios and the rise of digital audio. The SR3000 was a reliable companion for news, music, and weather and was often found on kitchen counters and garage shelves across America. This was the first vintage electronic to enter MTTS’s collections.
